My Story
I lived this first.
In my 30s, nothing worked. In my 40s, I could force results, but they never lasted. Now in my 50s, everything works. Not because I try harder, but because I follow a plan built for this stage of life. No restriction, no extremes, and no guessing.
I have spent over 30 years in the fitness industry working with more than 1,000 clients, and what works after 40 is not what you were taught in your 20s. Most people are still following outdated advice to eat less and work out more, but that approach stops working as your body changes.
At 53, I am living proof of this approach. I am stronger than I was in my 20s, pain free after years of injuries, and maintaining a stable brain MRI after 13 years with MS. My biological age measures decades younger than my actual age. I did not get here with supplements, extremes, or hours in the gym. I followed the right plan and applied it consistently.
The best part about the plan is that it doesn’t feel like an unrealistic overhaul. Take a walk, eat real food, no restrictions, prioritize sleep and have fun! The support you get is truly unmatched. I’ve learned that I control my next step. I control what I eat next, my next work out, being kind to my body. The scale has been very slow to move for me, which can be hard to accept, but I’m losing inches, which means my body is responding in the way it needs to- I’m getting stronger, getting some definition, and my clothes fit better. More importantly, I feel better.
This by no means is easy. It takes consistency. Consistently tracking my food and staying on track with my workouts, and it’s not always perfect.
At some point you have to decide that you are worth prioritizing your health and well being, and I have decided that I am worth the effort.
It took about six months to fully incorporate Nicole’s approach into my life, but the results were worth it. She started with small, sustainable changes: adding more protein and fiber to my diet and introducing intentional, tailored workouts where she corrected my form and aligned the exercises with my goals. Nicole emphasized reducing stress and increasing energy rather than focusing solely on calorie deficits...The focus has shifted from pounds lost to overall wellness, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
