Founder’s Story: Meet Nicole
I did everything the industry told me to do.
Eat less. Work out more. Push harder. Stay disciplined.
And for years, I helped my clients do the same. Sometimes it worked, but it never lasted especially as we got older. I kept seeing the same pattern smart, committed people doing everything right and still struggling with weight gain, chronic pain, low energy, and constant frustration.
That is when I realized the problem was not the people.
The problem was the plan.
With over 30 years of experience and more than 1,000 clients coached, I shifted away from restriction and intensity and toward a smarter approach built around strength, recovery, proper fueling, and reducing stress. Not what sounds good, but what actually works in real life and continues to work as your body changes.
I have lived this myself while managing multiple sclerosis, lupus, chronic pain, injuries, and the challenges of perimenopause. This is not theory. It is a plan I rely on every day.
At 53, I am stronger, leaner, and healthier than I was in my 30s and 40s without restriction, extremes, or spending hours in the gym. To validate it, I completed a DEXAFIT scan measuring bone density, VO2 max, and muscle mass, and tested at a biological age of 28.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Bodybuilding and Physique Coach. I have coached more than 1,000 clients, and I apply the same methods to myself and to my clients in real time.
